1. Scope of Services

• We provide independent project oversight and advocacy services for homeowners, general contractors, and trades.
• We do not perform construction work, negotiate contracts or contractor pricing, provide legal, tax, or financial advice, or act as a licensed contractor.
• Our role is to monitor, document, and communicate about project progress based on existing agreements between clients and contractors.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Clients remain solely responsible for hiring contractors, signing contracts, and making payments directly to their chosen vendors.
• Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the property for scheduled oversight visits.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring that contractors and trades are properly licensed, bonded, and insured.

3. Limitations of Liability

• While we act with professionalism and care, we cannot guarantee contractor performance, completion timelines, or project outcomes.
• We are not liable for losses, damages, or delays caused by contractors, subcontractors, or third parties.
• Any recommendations or reports we provide are advisory only and should not be considered legal, financial, or engineering advice.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice.
• Late payments may result in suspension of services.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Access & Security

• If key, lockbox, or smart lock access is provided, we will take reasonable steps to secure your property during oversight visits.
• We are not responsible for theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access outside of our scheduled visits.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

• We respect your privacy and keep client information confidential.
• Photos, videos, and reports will only be shared with the client unless explicit permission is granted.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients may reschedule oversight visits with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be billed at the scheduled rate.

8. Intellectual Property

• All website content, branding, and materials are the property of Trusted Trades LLC.
• Clients may not reproduce or distribute materials without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
• Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Tennessee.

10. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
