About the Owner, Eric Janssen
Eric Janssen, PTA, BS, AA, has been building, fixing, and creating things for as long as he can remember. From helping build his family's home as a youth to branching out into managing today's construction projects, Eric knows how to keep work on track and to make sure that it's done right. He's skilled, reliable, and approachable-the kind of advocate every homeowner and contractor wants in their corner.
Eric also holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and an Applied Arts degree, but his education started long before college. From a young age, he was helping his parents, building their home from the ground up to renovations with their rental properties. That early hands-on experience gave him a firsthand understanding of construction -from the smallest details to the big-picture systems that make projects succeed.
Eric Janssen is the kind of person everyone wants on their team —equal parts builder, problem-solver, and people-person. With a professional background as a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant and specialized training in adaptive athlete performance, Eric brings the same discipline, precision, and care from healthcare into every construction oversight project he takes on.
What makes Eric stand out isn't just this backgroind knowledge. It's his responsibility, creativity, and dedication to people. He can adapt to issues, design and build projects with vision, and connect with homeowners and contractors alike in a way that makes the process collaborative and stress-free. His passions extend to woodworking, landscaping, martial arts, and all things design —proof of his creative spirit and relentless curiosity.
